Cataloochee Ranch crowns a ridge high above the resort town of Maggie Valley in Western North Carolina. We are located approximately 35 miles west of Asheville, North Carolina, 100 miles southeast of Knoxville, Tennessee, 150 miles northwest of Charlotte, North Carolina, and 185 miles northeast of Atlanta, Georgia.

GET DIRECTIONS TO MAGGIE VALLEY
If you are driving on I-40 from the west, take Exit 20 and follow the signs to Maggie Valley. If you are driving on I-40 from the east, take Exit 27 and follow the signs to Maggie Valley. From Atlanta, take I-85 to 985/23; stay on Highway 23 to Waynesville, North Carolina and follow the signs to Maggie Valley.
At the west end of Maggie Valley look for the Cataloochee Ranch sign at the Ghost Town in the Sky attraction. The Ranch is located three miles up the paved Fie Top Road.
Commercial Airlines provide jet and commuter service to the Asheville Regional Airport, where most major rental cars are available.
