Reservations
When requesting reservations, please state the exact date of arrival and departure. Reservations are accepted with the understanding that payment will be in full at time of booking. Refunds will be issued with 7 DAYS notice of cancellationless a $50 ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE per unit.
Because of our mountain top location, arrival afet 5:00 pm is not encouraged. If you planto arrive late, please check with us about check-in and road and weather conditions.

Do not wear ski boots in rooms or cabins.
Check-out Time
To assure tidy accommodations for our incoming guests, we ask that you check out by 11:00 A.M. Arrangements can be made for changing or storing luggage if you wish to stay through lunch. An additional day will be charged unless arrangements have been made with the office personnel.
Payment
Preferred forms of payment upon departure are travelers' checks, personal checks, or cash. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
Telephones
Courtesy telephones are available in the Silverbell Lodge Balsam Room.
N. C. Sales Tax
A 6.75% sales tax will be added to lodging costs.
Haywood County Room Tax
A 4% room tax will be added to lodging costs.
